10 Jahre Waldenburger – ein guter Grund zum Feiern!

Der Vorstandsvorsitzende der Waldenburger Versicherung AG, Thomas Gebhardt hat am 01. Oktober 2025 sein 10jähriges Jubiläum gefeiert.

10 Jahre Waldenburger – Auf dieses Jubiläum kann der Vorstandsvorsitzende Thomas Gebhardt zu Recht stolz sein. Gerade in der heutigen Zeit keine Selbstverständlichkeit und Anlass genug für eine kleine Feierstunde. Axel Ziemann, Bereichsleiter International der Würth Gruppe für Leasing und Versicherung und Antonio Niemer, Vorstand Finanzen und IT bei der Waldenburger gratulierten ganz herzlich.

Thomas Gebhardt ist seit Oktober 2015 als Vorstand bei der Waldenburger Versicherung beschäftigt. Neben dem Vorstandsvorsitz ist er unter anderem für die Ressorts Vertrieb, Personal, Schaden, Rückversicherung und Kapitalanlagen zuständig. Ein umfangreiches Aufgabengebiet, welches dem Vorstand aber nach wie vor großen Spaß macht. Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten 10 Jahre!

Auf in das nächste Schuljahr

Die Waldenburger Versicherung bietet auch in diesem Jahr jungen Menschen eine fundierte Ausbildung. Die richtige Mischung an Herausforderungen und Unterstützung auf dem Weg in eine erfolgreiche Zukunft.

Gleich zu Beginn des neuen Schuljahres haben unsere Auszubildenden einen wichtigen Pflichttermin erfolgreich absolviert. Beim Fotoshooting zum Beginn des neuen Ausbildungsjahres zeigten sie sich zusammen mit ihren Ausbildern noch etwas schüchtern, aber dafür bestens gelaunt. Im kaufmännischen Bereich absolvieren aktuell 4 Auszubildende ihre Ausbildung zur Kauffrau bzw. zum Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen. Die Ausbildung bei der Waldenburg bietet unserem Nachwuchs einiges, nur keine Langeweile. Unser erfahrenes Ausbilderteam sorgt für spannende Aufgaben ab dem ersten Tag. Projektverantwortung bereits während der Ausbildung ist bei der Waldenburger selbstverständlich.

Auch im kommenden Jahr bieten wir Interessierten wieder eine handfeste Ausbildung mit Zukunft. Denn eines ist sicher: Versicherungen wird es immer geben.

Die Waldenburger läuft mal wieder…für die Nachhaltigkeit

Traditionell schnell – 11 Mitarbeitende des Waldenburger Läuferteams haben 2025 am Heilbronner Firmenlauf teilgenommen und den rund 5,6 km langen Kurs erfolgreich absolviert.

In schöner Regelmäßigkeit wird bei der Waldenburger der erste Tag in den Sommerferien genutzt, um sich beim Heilbronner Firmenlauf von der sportlichen Seite zu zeigen. Wie immer konditionell (und vielleicht auch mental) gut vorbereitet, hat das Läuferteam der Waldenburger am 31.07.2025 die Laufschuhe geschnürt und sich auf den Weg durch Heilbronn begeben. Zusammen mit ca. 7.000 Gleichgesinnten machten sich 11 Mitarbeitende in 3 Teams auf den rund 5,6 km langen Kurs. Aufgrund eines kurzfristigen Ausfalls konnte das angepeilte Spendenziel nicht ganz erreicht werden. Der Vorstand der Waldenburger hat daher kurz entschlossen den Betrag aufgestockt, so dass eine Spende in Höhe von 690 Euro dem Waldenburger Moor zugutekommt. Das Waldenburger Laufteam freut sich bereits auf das kommende Jahr. Dabei sein ist schließlich alles.

Waldenburger Versicherung erhält Auszeichnung

Die Waldenburger Versicherung AG konnte erneut die Auszeichnung „Deutschlands Spar-Champion 2025“ in der Kategorie „Hausratversicherung“ gewinnen. Diese erneute Anerkennung zeigt, dass die Waldenburger nicht nur mit attraktiven Konditionen überzeugt, sondern auch das Vertrauen ihrer Kundinnen und Kunden genießt.

Das Deutsche Institut für Service-Qualität und der Fernsehsender ntv haben jetzt den Award „Deutschlands Spar-Champion” unter 276 Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen hinsichtlich der Attraktivität des Preisniveaus vergeben. Die Waldenburger Versicherung AG konnte diese Auszeichnung in der Kategorie „Hausratversicherung“ nach 2024 erneut gewinnen. Damit konnte sie basierend auf einer umfangreichen Analyse von Konditionen und Kundenbewertungen zur Zufriedenheit mit den Preisen überzeugen – und zwar nicht punktuell, sondern über einen längeren Zeitraum von vier Jahren. Insgesamt flossen über 7.600 Preisdaten und gut 22.000 Preisurteile von Kundinnen und Kunden in die Gesamtauswertung ein.

Der Aufsichtsrat der Waldenburger Versicherung AG hat die Verlängerung des Vorstandsvertrages von Antonio Niemer beschlossen.

Der Aufsichtsrat der Waldenburger Versicherung AG hat die Verlängerung des Vorstandsvertrages von Antonio Niemer (46) beschlossen. Der Vertrag zur weiteren Bestellung bis Juli 2031 wurde bereits unterzeichnet.

Antonio Niemer, Master of Business Administration, ist bereits seit 2002 in verschiedenen Funktionen bei der Waldenburger Versicherung tätig. Seit seiner Bestellung zum Vorstand im Juni 2015 verantwortet er die Ressorts Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Risikomanagement, EDV und Meldewesen.

Mit der Wiederbestellung von Antonio Niemer hat der Aufsichtsrat dem Vorstand sein vollstes Vertrauen ausgesprochen und die Zufriedenheit der Würth-Group mit der Entwicklung der Waldenburger Versicherung zum Ausdruck gebracht.

Waldenburg, 26. September 2024 – Der Vorstand der Waldenburger hat sich in diesem Jahr an der Initiative „Managers lend a hand“ beteiligt. Das Projekt sorgt für einen Einblick in die täglichen Herausforderungen der Vertriebspartner und Kunden.

Würth, ein Unternehmen, das für vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit und echte Partnerschaft mit seinen Kunden steht, setzt mit „Managers lend a hand“ eine weltweite Initiative um, die 2024 zum zweiten Mal stattfand. Die Waldenburger läuft und läuft und läuft…für die Nachhaltigkeit

Waldenburg, 26. Juli 2024 – Das Waldenburger Läuferteam hat auch 2024 traditionell am Heilbronner Firmenlauf teilgenommen. 10 Mitarbeitende haben den rund 5,6 km langen Kurs erfolgreich absolviert.

Traditionell ist der erste Tag in den Sommerferien für den Heilbronner Firmenlauf reserviert. Nach einem Jahr sportlicher und vielleicht auch mentaler Vorbereitung hat das Läuferteam der Waldenburger daher am 25.07.2024 die Laufschuhe geschnürt und sich auf den Weg nach Heilbronn begeben. Zusammen mit ca. 7.000 Gleichgesinnten machten sich 10 Mitarbeitende in 3 Teams auf den rund 5,6 km langen Kurs. Aufgrund kurzfristiger Ausfälle konnte das angepeilte Spendenziel nicht ganz erreicht werden. Der Vorstand der Waldenburger hat daher kurz entschlossen den Betrag aufgestockt, so dass eine Spende in Höhe von 616 Euro dem Waldenburger Moor zugutekommt. Das Waldenburger Laufteam freut sich bereits heute auf die nächste sportliche Herausforderung.

Waldenburg, 17. Juni 2024 – Die Waldenburger Versicherung bietet jungen Menschen eine fundierte Ausbildung sowohl im kaufmännischen als auch im IT-Bereich. Auf dem Berufsinfotag am Berufsschulzentrum Künzelsau wurden die Berufe vorgestellt.

Der Berufsinfotag am Berufsschulzentrum Künzelsau verzeichnete am 15.06.2024 zum wiederholten Mal einen Teilnehmerrekord: Mit 106 Unternehmen und Institutionen präsentierten sich alle wichtigen Ausbildungsbetriebe der Wirtschaftsregion Hohenlohe und des Landkreises Schwäbisch Hall. Mittendrin das Ausbilderteam der Waldenburger auf der Suche nach geeigneten Kandidaten.

Gute Stimmung, ein tolles Rahmenprogramm und jede Menge Spaß waren wie immer garantiert. Trotz einem etwas verregneten Beginn und Flyern, die zu Flugblättern wurden, konnten unsere Ausbilder viele Gespräche führen und Interessenten Auskünfte über die angebotenen Berufe erteilen. Im kaufmännischen Bereich sind für die Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen aktuell Ausbildungsplätze für die Starttermine 01.09.2024 und 01.09.2025 verfügbar. Zum 01.09.2025 bietet auch der IT-Bereich wieder Ausbildungsplätze zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Anwendungsentwicklung oder zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Daten- und Prozessanalyse an. Ausbildung bei der Waldenburger, das heißt spannende Aufgaben ab dem ersten Tag und Projektverantwortung bereits während der Ausbildung. Unser erfahrenes Ausbilderteam sorgt für die richtige Mischung an Herausforderungen und Unterstützung.

Waldenburg, 31. Oktober 2023 – Die Waldenburger Versicherung hat Produkte entwickelt, welche der Umwelt, dem Kunden und Dritten (Geschädigte) und somit der Gesellschaft insgesamt zu Gute kommen. Die Produkte mit den greensFAIR® ESG-Zusatzbedingungen bieten den Kunden eine nachhaltige Alternative für ihren Versicherungsschutz.

Die Waldenburger Versicherung hat von jeher Produkte im Angebot, die per se „grün“ sind: die Fahrrad-Vollkasko-Versicherung, die Photovoltaikversicherung und die Geothermieversicherung. Aber auch für die Haftpflicht-, Hausrat-, Wohngebäude- und Unfallversicherung können wir unseren Kunden mit den greensFAIR® ESG-Zusatzbedingungen eine grüne Alternative bieten. Die enthaltenen Mehrleistungen tragen im Schadenfall dazu bei, dass für Mensch und Umwelt verträgliche und alternative Produkte gewählt werden können. Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir unsere Kunden durch den Einsatz fachkundiger Berater.

Die grüne Haftpflichtversicherung bietet dem Versicherungsnehmer im Schadenfall die Möglichkeit, geschädigten Dritten die eigene nachhaltige Lebenseinstellung aufzuzeigen. Mehrleistungen für nachhaltigen Schadenersatz stehen bspw. für die Beachtung von Fairtrade und Umweltsiegeln zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus haben sowohl der Versicherungskunde als auch der Geschädigte Anspruch auf eine kostenlose Nachhaltigkeitsberatung.

Auch bei der grünen Hausratversicherung werden Mehrleistungen für eine nachhaltige Beschaffung im Schadenfall gewährt. Werden zum Beispiel durch einen Brand elektrische Geräte beschädigt, stehen Mehrleistungen für den Kauf von energieeffizienten Produkten bereit. Auch Umweltsiegel, wie zum Beispiel das FSC®-Siegel, werden berücksichtigt.

Eine nachhaltige Wohngebäudeversicherung muss im Schadenfall auf Klimaschutz und -anpassung sowie auf ökologische Belange Rücksicht nehmen. Die greensFAIR® ESG-Zusatzbedingungen leisten beispielsweise Schadenersatz für Mehrkosten für ein klimafreundliches Heizsystem und stellen zur Schadenregulierung die Fachberatung durch Energieberater zur Verfügung. Eine zusätzliche Leistung ist der klimafreundliche Schadenersatz. Tritt ein versicherter Elementarschaden aufgrund von Überschwemmung auf, so übernimmt die Waldenburger Versicherung die Kosten für die Erstellung eines Hochwasserpasses durch einen ausgewiesenen Sachkundigen des HochwasserKompetenzCentrums e. V. Ebenso werden für Präventionsmaßnahmen aufgrund des Klimawandels weitere Mehrleistungen übernommen. Hierzu zählt beispielsweise der Einbau von wasserdichten Fenstern und Türen. Voraussetzung hierfür ist die Berücksichtigung der Empfehlungen des Sachkundigen.

Ein Unfall verändert unvermittelt die Lebenssituation und erfordert oftmals außerordentliche Maßnahmen. Eine gesunde und biotarische Ernährung sowie Naturkosmetik und Pflege helfen oftmals bei der Genesung. Daher werden durch unsere grüne Unfallversicherung beim Eintritt eines versicherten Unfallereignisses diese Kosten bis zu einem bestimmten Betrag übernommen. Ist eine Unfall-Todesfallleistung vereinbart, kann als Mehrleistung ein Erinnerungsbaum gepflanzt oder eine Spende an »Plant for the planet« geleistet werden, welche Bäume pflanzen und so in eine nachhaltige Zukunft investieren. Bei festgestellter, dauerhafter und unfallbedingter Querschnittslähmung erstattet die Waldenburger Versicherung für eine maximale mobile Barrierefreiheit u.a. die Mehrkosten für die Anschaffung eines Elektro-Rollstuhls.
